Firm founder David H. Bjornson, J.D., LL.M., CPA (cert. maint.), has spent his legal career  practicing both in Seattle, Washington, and in Missoula, Montana, specializing in business transactions, contracts, corporate law, business organizations, private business financing, real estate, taxation and estate planning and probate.

David is licensed to practice law in Montana and Washington and holds a Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.). He is a Certified Public Accountant in Montana (cert. maint.) and was formerly licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Montana Bar Association, the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, and the Western Montana Bar Association. He received his LL.M. from the New York University School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Montana.

 

 

Tyler Gernant is a native Montanan who graduated from Georgetown University in 2004 and received  his juris doctorate, with honors, from the University of Montana School of Law in 2007. He specializes in business transactions, contracts, copyright, corporate law, business organizations, real estate transactions and taxation.

Mr. Gernant is active in the community as a co-founder of Missoula Greenhorns, a young business professional networking group, co-founder and President of Rural Advocacy League, a nonprofit organization, and as a member of the Government Cable Channel Advisory Commission for the City of Missoula. When Mr. Gernant is out of the office, he can often be found fishing on one of the many lakes and rivers surrounding Missoula or playing basketball."
